Returns

If you like to return your product it’s possible. You have a return period of 14 calendar days from the receipt date of the product.
According to EU rules, if the products you bought turn out to be defective, incorrect or simply not what you would like you can contact us via email at info@cretandeli.gr  to make the replacement.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Contact us daily via e-mail at info@cretandeli.gr  to inform us about your intention to return. Next, you will schedule an appointment with a courier company of your choice, that will return the product at your own expense, or you will present the product to our physical store. Upon receipt of the product at the store, and since the following conditions are met (Return Conditions), we will credit the total purchase amount to an account that you will indicate to us.
Return Conditions
The product you will return must be in good condition, with its original packaging in excellent condition (without tears, cuts, etc.) and must be accompanied by its purchase document. Products that are not accompanied by the above will NOT be accepted for return!

2. Defective products
Contact us via e-mail at info@cretandeli.gr  to inform us about the problem of the product you bought. Next, we will schedule an appointment with the courier company, that will carry out the return of the defective product and its replacement with a new one.
Return conditions
Both the product you will return, and its original packaging must be in excellent condition (without tears, cuts, etc.) and must be accompanied by its purchase document. Products that are not accompanied by the above will NOT be accepted for return!
For products on offer there is no right of withdrawal but only replacement in case of defect.
